| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description This automated teller machine bank helps children learn money management as they maintain a savings account. The machine accepts real coin and bill deposits and displays accurate, up-to-date account information on its screen. Account holders interact with the teller via a touchscreen, and have their own ATM card and PIN for checking their account balance, making deposits, or withdrawing funds. Preferred by a panel of parents and teachers. It has a large, clearly labeled keypad for easy operation, unlike lesser models with small buttons and confusing markings. In tests for accuracy, it displayed the correct balance every time, far superior to models that failed to recognize different coin denominations or frequently jammed. Includes a digital alarm clock. For U.S. currency only. Requires two AA batteries. Ages 5 and up. 10 1/2" H x 7" W x 5 1/2" D. (1 1/4 lbs.)

| Customer Reviews: Really liked it but it arrived broken August 18, 2010 Jami Garrison (Peoria, AZ United States) I actually bought this ATM savings bank, believe it or not, as a retirement gift for a friend. We had collected money for a gift and the one gift she really wanted (an iPod touch), someone else had already gotten her. So, rather than just give her a gift card or envelope stuffed with cash, I got this ATM bank to put the cash in. It seemed to be the better version and more "realistic" looking than some of the other brands of these toy ATM savings bank.
It was shipped rather quickly and arrived in time for me the retirement party. However, it must not have been packaged correctly as it would not allow us to make cash bill deposits and record the amount. Sometimes it would take the bill, but not let you enter the amount and sometimes it would take the bill about halfway, then prompt you to enter the amount. It was not a case of "user error" as one of the guys in the office had the same bank for his daughter, which she happens to love.
Due to the time constraints, I had to send the broken bank back for refund and picked up a different ATM savings bank at a local Toys R Us store (the Summit Zillions Deluxe ATM). Sadly, I could only find this particular model online and no where locally. The display screen on this one is much easier to read than the Summit Zillions brand that I ended up with, but it still was a nice gift, which I'm sure she will end up passing to one of her grandkids anyway. :)
Money in the Bank April 13, 2010 Georgia Brown (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased 6 of these banks for my grandchildren. Each one is now saving their money in a fun way and enjoy their "banking experience".
