Amazon.com Product Description Turn your Coleman Road Trip grill or campfire stove grate into a portable diner with this Coleman cast-iron griddle. Made of heavy-duty, porcelain-coated cast iron, the griddle is easy to clean and long lasting. More importantly, the griddle opens up a world of menu options for your camping trip, including pancakes, fried eggs, bacon, omelets, grilled cheese sandwiches, and more. The griddle--which is compatible with Coleman 9941 and 9949 Road Trip grills--measures approximately 12 by 12 inches and weighs 7 pounds. The griddle is not compatible with Coleman's 9928 Road Trip Pro Series grills. About Coleman More than 100 years ago, a young man with an entrepreneurial spirit and a better idea began manufacturing lanterns in Wichita, Kansas. His name was W.C. Coleman, and the company he founded would change life in America. A man plagued with such poor vision he sometimes had to ask classmates to read aloud to him, Coleman saw a brilliant light in 1900 in a drugstore window that stopped him in his tracks. He inquired about the light inside and discovered he was able to read even the small print on a medicine bottle by the illumination. The lamps had mantles, not wicks, and were fueled by gasoline under pressure instead of coal oil. Soon afterward, Coleman started a lighting service that offered a "no light, no pay" clause--a big step forward for merchants who were burned by inferior products that rarely worked--and drew substantial interest from businesses that wanted to keep their lights on after dark. In the ensuing years, Coleman expanded its product line well beyond lanterns. The company's current catalog is thick with products that make spending time outdoors a pleasure. There are coolers that keep food and drinks cold for days on end, comfortable airbeds that won't deflate during the night, a complete line of LED lights that last for years, powerful portable grills that cook with an authentic open-grill flame, and much, much more. Coleman has truly fashioned much of our outdoor camping experience, and expects to do so for generations to come.

Handy but cooks REALLY hot. July 30, 2010 Dritchie I love this griddle. The coleman road-trip grill is fabulous and this griddle is a beautiful addition. I was very surprised that food stuck to it like it did however. I give it a great rating because it is exactly what it advertises it is....but be careful, doesn't take much heat to get it VERY hot.
Grilling addition to camping experience! February 14, 2010 Marla C Teegerstrom Purchased this grill to go with our Roadtrip Grill experience. I agree with other reviews, it's a MUST to accompany your Coleman grill. The only "wish" I have is that it was open castiron vs. the porcelin coating. Cleanup is still easy, I'm just old fashioned and like seasoning my own cookware. The jury is still out on the grease slots. Like any clean up, it'll take some getting used to. Would have given a '5' if it was open castiron. Still a "grate" accessory to camping! :-)
Works great! October 6, 2009 S. Buswell (Lake Tahoe) We have used the griddle for everything from shrimp & scallops to bacon and eggs, even toast!
great cast iron griddle September 12, 2009 Kelly (WI) This is a nice heavy duty griddle. Easy to clean and cook on. Way nicer than the standard aluminum griddle that sometimes comes with the grill.
They really got it right with this grilling system June 17, 2009 Matthew (Tx) We love the grill, the griddles, and all other accessories. The half side griddle is great for the bacon or pancakes. The drainage is smart. The solid sturdy construction is refreshing. This is a no brainer.
